- Fume Extraction System
The fume extraction system is an essential component in industrial settings, playing a crucial role in preventing the spreading of hot fumes and harmful air contaminants within work environments. Consisting of centrifugal blowers or axial flow fans, extraction hoods, transport ducts, and collectors, these systems effectively remove hazardous airborne particles, gases, vapors, and combinations thereof, safeguarding both employee health and the environment.
Industrial Fume Extraction Systems serve as a frontline defense against the adverse effects of harmful air contaminants present in industrial workplaces. These contaminants, which may include dust, fumes, mists, fibers, and various gases, pose significant health risks to workers exposed to them over prolonged periods. By effectively capturing and removing these contaminants from the air, fume extraction systems contribute to creating safer and healthier working environments for employees.
Furthermore, the installation of filtration systems such as wet scrubbers, dry scrubbers, and packed bed scrubbers enhances the effectiveness of fume extraction systems by treating harmful fumes at the source. Wet scrubbers utilize liquid solutions to capture and remove contaminants from the air, while dry scrubbers employ chemical reactions or adsorption processes to neutralize harmful gases. Packed bed scrubbers utilize a packed bed of materials to facilitate the absorption or adsorption of contaminants, ensuring comprehensive pollutant removal.
TR Filtration Systems designs and manufactures advanced filtration solutions that boast the highest pollutant removal efficiency. Our innovative wet scrubber, dry scrubber, and packed bed scrubber designs are engineered to meet the most stringent environmental regulations while providing optimal performance and reliability in industrial applications.
Health and Safety Benefits: Fume extraction systems not only protect employee health but also contribute to maintaining productivity by creating a safer and more comfortable working environment. Reduced exposure to harmful contaminants minimizes the risk of respiratory illnesses, skin irritations, and other occupational health hazards, leading to improved employee morale and productivity.
Environmental Protection: In addition to safeguarding employee health, fume extraction systems play a crucial role in environmental protection by preventing the release of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere. By capturing and containing hazardous fumes and particulates, these systems help mitigate air pollution and reduce the environmental impact of industrial operations.
- The fume extraction system prevents the spreading of hot fumes inside the department.
- It generally consists of centrifugal blowers or axial flow fans, extraction hood, transport duct, and Collector.
FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM
Industrial Fume Extraction System removes harmful air contaminants from the workplace for the protection of employees as well as the environment.
Harmful air contaminants can be particles, gases, vapors, or combinations of all three that include dust, fumes, mists, and fibers. FUME EXHAUST SYSTEM removes airborne particles from industrial workplaces.
Similarly, Installation of filtration systems like a wet scrubber, dry scrubber, packed bed scrubbers, etc. can treat the harmful fumes. Thus, TVACS filtration systems designs provide the highest pollutant removal efficiency
Centrifugal systems
A wide range of manufacturing industries like aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, and food production uses centrifugal systems.
These systems manufactured by TVACS use a perforated drum with specially designed vanes which rotate at very high speeds. Oil mist draws into the unit and impacts on the vanes at high velocity. As a result, specially designed synthetic pads assist the collection process and filter out stray solid particles.
The centrifugal force then pushes the oil to the unit’s outer case where it drains back to the machine for re-use or collection and clean air returns to the workshop through the top of the unit. This removes the dangerous particles in air and protects the employees from the potential health hazards associated with breathing in polluted air.
